We offer a 100% guarantee. All purchases from this site are covered by the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 which guarantees that any goods purchased for personal use may be returned if they are considered faulty, for repair, replacement or refund of purchase price within 7 days from purchase.
If your purchase arrives damaged or defective please email us at shop@melric.co.nz within 7 days of purchase. 
We will happily replace or exchange the items to the value of your order.

Delivery - within NZ

Your purchases can be delivered anywhere in NZ and the freight charge is only $5.00!
Once your payment has been processed your order will be dispatched that very same day. Depending on where you live in New Zealand please allow up to 3 working day's for your delivery.

Delivery - International

We are very happy to deliver orders internationally.
Your order will be charged in NZ$ at the prices listed on this website.
Once you have placed your order with us we will then advise you the freight charge & wait for your confirmation to proceed with payment.
